How It Works

1

Review Your Needs

List your requirements: team size, need for time tracking, client access, reporting depth. Check which plan includes what you need—don't pay for features you won't use.

2

Start with Free

If under 2 users, start free. No commitment, no credit card. Evaluate GitScrum with real projects. Upgrade when you hit limits or need premium features.

2

Calculate Pro Cost

For growing teams: multiply team size × $9/month (or $7/month annual). A 10-person team = $90/month or $840/year with annual billing. Predictable, no surprises.

4

Enterprise if Needed

Over 50 users? Compliance requirements? Need dedicated support? Request enterprise quote. Volume discounts available. Custom implementation and training included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Contact us at customer.service@gitscrum.com

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep premium features until then.

What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?

You can't add a 3th user or 3th project until you upgrade. Existing data is never deleted. We'll prompt you to upgrade when you hit limits. No automatic charges.

Is there a discount for startups?

The Pro tier at $7-9/user/month is already startup-friendly. For qualifying accelerator participants or nonprofits, contact us for additional discounts. We want startups to succeed.

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro has all features most teams need. Enterprise adds compliance features (SSO, audit logs, data retention), dedicated support, and SLA guarantees. Most teams under 50 people are well-served by Pro.
