A: You move to standard pricing. We email 60 days before renewal to let you budget.
Many startups have raised by then and easily afford standard rates. Q: Can we extend the discount?
A: Case-by-case basis. If you're still bootstrapping after Year 2, contact us.
We've extended for companies showing genuine need. Q: Do we need to reapply each year?
A: No. Once approved, you're in the program for the full duration (usually 2 years).
Discounts auto-apply at renewal. Q: What if we exceed 50 users?
