Is there a minimum number of users required?

No. You can start with 1 user. Our free tier allows up to 3 users. Pro tier has no minimum—pay for exactly how many users you have.

What happens if I add a user mid-billing cycle?

Prorated billing. If you add a user halfway through the month, you pay half that user's monthly rate. No waiting for the next cycle.

Do client accounts count toward my user limit?

Clients with portal access (view-only on their projects) typically don't count as billable users. Only team members with full edit access are billed.

Can I mix monthly and annual users?

No, billing cycle applies to the whole account. All users are either monthly or annual. But you can switch your entire account's billing cycle anytime.
